Customer Service and Satisfaction
Ensure that customers are satisfied with the quality and reliability of water and sanitation services, while also addressing billing, revenue collection, and customer concerns.
Management of Sanitation Infrastructure
Effectively manage and treat wastewater, fecal sludge, and other waste types through proper collection, treatment, and disposal systems to safeguard public health, protect the environment, and promote sustainable sanitation practices for communities.
Water Quality Monitoring
Ensure that the water provided to customers is of high quality, safe for consumption, and compliant with international standards for water quality, health, and safety.
