REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST WITH TERMS OF REFERENCE (Consulting Services)

The Government of Republic of Rwanda has received financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of preparation of the proposed Rwanda Kigali Climate Smart Wastewater Management Project (PPSF project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services (Services).
