Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Recruitment of a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) Auditor – Technical Assistance

WASAC invites qualified consulting firms/individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest for the provision of Technical Assistance services as a RAP Auditor. The assignment aims to assess and audit the implementation of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) to ensure compliance with applicable national regulations and international standards.
Tender Details
The selected RAP Auditor will be responsible for:
Reviewing the implementation of the approved Resettlement Action Plan (RAP).
Assessing compliance with national laws, project requirements, and applicable safeguard policies.
Verifying compensation processes, livelihood restoration measures, and grievance redress mechanisms.
Conducting field visits and stakeholder consultations where necessary.
Preparing an independent RAP Audit Report with findings, gaps identified, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Interested and eligible consultants are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest, including relevant experience, qualifications, and technical capacity to perform the assignment as detailed in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
